« Everything was wonderful, but you had one cleaner that we asked for towels in the hallway that had such a snobby attitude and I asked her how was her day just to try to uplift her spirit and I don’t know if she was going through something but work isn’t the place to bring problems other than that it was an awesome stay. »

« Spectaculaire vue de notre chambre situĂ©e au 19eme Ă©tage sur le fleuve et les illuminations de nuit. Chambre et salle de bain spacieuses La moquette et le mobilier ne sont plus tout jeunes et auraient bien besoin d’ĂȘtre renouvelĂ©s. NĂ©anmoins l’ensemble est bien entretenu. Pas de bouilloire ni de machine Ă  cafĂ©. Nous avons testĂ© le restaurant OZ burgers au petit dĂ©jeuner et dĂźner. Loin d’ĂȘtre raffinĂ© mais le service est efficace. Vous pouvez vous rendre sur le boardwalk Ă  pied (10 minutes) mais...

« Spur of the moment trip. Everything from check in to check out was great. All staff was excellent, but bartender Dominique in the Ridotto Grand Cafe was the best of all. She is a treasure. Our only complaint was the smoke in the casino was very strong. Overall a great trip!! »
