« Veronica Heights in Kumasi is an exceptional property. Check-in was seamless, and the reception team were welcoming and efficient. The food was absolutely delicious, and the service — especially from the general manager — was outstanding. A special mention to Eric, the bartender, for his warm and friendly approach. The entire place was kept spotless and beautifully maintained. I would highly recommend Veronica Heights to anyone visiting the area. »

« My stay at Ramat Luxury Hotel was disappointing, and I cannot recommend this hotel to future guests. The road leading to the property is in terrible condition—our driver damaged his suspension and exhaust trying to reach the hotel. Transport to and from the area was difficult at all times of day, often leaving us waiting by the roadside for up to an hour. The hotel fell short of the luxury it advertised.
