The pool heater was out but the pool felt so refreshing and the staff let me know they were working on getting it fixed it felt so nice though I love ice cold water ! The staff was the best !!! « The smell in the room was terrible. WiFi would not work. The lady at the front desk tried to help but couldnât get WiFi to work either. Breakfast on the first day wasnât great but at least there was plenty of most of the food. The second day no one was refilling anything with over an hour left of breakfast so there was nothing left to eat. The heater for the indoor pool wasnât working so the water was freezing.
