« The pool area was great. Much bigger than I thought it would be and very very nice. Nice bar area and they had bands playing in the day time and evening.
I was dissappointed to find out that they do not have daily room cleaning. We ran out of towels quickly and had to go to the front desk and ask for more. »

« The staff here was exceptional. Everyone was so friendly and helpful.
However, our room felt a little outdated and needed a new coat of paint. Also, the carpeting seemed oddly dirty. I don’t know if it just needed a good deep clean or what, but it made our feet turn black and it felt almost sticky walking on it.
I think the hotel might be in a yucky part of town. Every time we left there was a homeless person panhandling on the corner.
Overall the stay was ok. But again, the staff here was...

« L'emplacement est le principal atout de l'hôtel selon moi.
Les chambres mériteraient un coup de jeunesse.
Mais ce qui nous a le plus déçu c'est qu'il était indiqué dans le descriptif la présence d'une blanchisserie (en général 1 ou 2 machines à laver et même chose pour les sèches linges)...et en fait il n'y avait rien. Or nous faisions un road trip et comptions sur cette étape pour faire une lessive.
Enfin le petit-déjeuner comptait des avis fabuleux, il était très banal, rien...

« Pine Lake Resort is our go to hotel.
They have the biggest and nicest pool of any hotel we have been to in the area.
Unos pizza is excellent and attached to the hotel.
Our favorite thing though is the staff. They are all very friendly and extremely helpful. Smit the front desk clerk is a wonderful young man, he goes above and beyond to ensure you enjoy your stay. This young man's amazing disposition is honestly what made us fall in love with this location.
As much as we look forward to...
