« Bien que réservée depuis longtemps, la chambre n’était pas prêteà notre arrivée vers 16 hrs 15. Chambre non-fumeur avec une senteur de cigarettes. Un lit avec aucun drap. Direct sur le couvre-matelat et couvre lit. Une femme de chambre est venue nous porter un drap tout froissé et l’a jeté sur le lit. On a dû lui demander de faire le lit. « we have a quite disappointing staying there as start the lack of communication is unspeakable they send me a message with main door code and room code, which nowadays phones filter it as spam, rather than send through Expedia or personal email, it get worst when it comes to security, all the room has the same code, it’s scary like someone figurs out all has the same code or even by mistake open the same door.
In the first room, it was too cold below 70 despite the heating is working all day...

« This is a really nice boutique hotel and I would definitely stay here again. A few notes - 1) it feels like a restaurant/event space with some guest rooms rather than a hotel - lots of noise from downstairs; 2) the room itself was gorgeous with a giant bathroom; 3) there's no elevator which is tough if you have a large suitcase; 4) despite hanging "do not disturb," the housekeeper knocked several times when I was in the room but never came back to clean in the subsequent 8 hours that I was out...
