« I never normally leave reviews however the team outdid themselves during my stay. Staff are extremely friendly and helpful. I mistakenly left important documents at the hotel which could not be replaced easily. Doreen went out of her way to ensure i had copies of these sent over within an hour or realising and going to find them in the hotel. « The team was Amazing. The manager Denis was so helpful, Kind and did everything over and above to make up for the mistakes made by Expedia in advance.
We arrived in Entebbe around 11pm. Myself, my wife and my 1 year old son passed 3 hours circulating into the city trying to find the Hotel.
In the booking confirmation message I received from Expedia stated “Plot 4 Kamuli Road, Entebbe, Ouganda” as the location/address of the hotel.

« We liked that the facility was clean and maintained. It was a little concerning that the evening we were there a bunch of men and women were walking around the lobby with towels only on. Seemed to be doing some type of massages and steam room. Not very family friendly however. Also the pool is not lit after dark so you can’t see your kids in the pool. Had some very loud guests in the pool. As soon as we said something to the attendant she asked them to be quiet and leave the pool. »

« It was a very clean place. I did not like the extra charge for having guest stay in the extra bedroom since I was paying for the whole suite. The staff was very friendly and accommodating.
