« Every thing were great from room to breakfast and staff were amazing except we were expecting the pool to be opened as there was no mention of it being closed when we made the booking.

But the Hotel was extremely dirty from the hallways, pool room to the actual hotel room. Red stuff splattered on the walls in the room,Toilet paper holder broken hanging off the wall, hair dryer broken in the room, screen to the window was not even secured onto the window, carpet had sticky stuff all over it throughout the room. None of the 3 tvs worked. Pillows were very small.
People smoking weed outside the pool room, with the door open and children...
