The Space:

This charming townhouse offers an exceptional experience for golf enthusiasts, with access to eight stunning courses within the Village. Each course presents beautiful views and challenging shots, ensuring a memorable day on the greens.



Inside, you’ll find a spacious living area with a comfortable sofa and TV for cozy movie nights, including Netflix streaming for your entertainment. The well-equipped kitchen features modern appliances, including a refrigerator, stove, oven, and dishwasher, making meal preparation a breeze.



With one king bed and two queen beds, the townhouse comfortably accommodates families or groups of up to six guests, ensuring everyone has a restful night’s sleep.



After a day of exploring, unwind on the private deck, which includes patio furniture and a gas grill for outdoor dining. A private washer and dryer are also available.



Guest Access:

Guests have private access to the entire townhouse, kitchen, washer and dryer, furnished deck, and gas grill.



The home has a single-level, step-free layout with no stairs required at the entrance or inside.



Two designated parking spaces are located on the right directly in front of the townhouse.



Entry is through an electronic lock with a unique code assigned to each reservation.

Hot Springs Village offers activities for all ages, including golf, birdwatching, scenic drives, and hiking along scenic trails.



Guests can also explore area attractions, including water parks, museums, botanical gardens, and shopping.

Getting Around:

A vehicle is recommended for exploring Hot Springs Village and reaching nearby attractions.



Hot Springs Village is a gated community. Guests should enter through the West Gate at 111 DeSoto Boulevard and show the guard their reservation confirmation or check-in email. The guard will provide a pass for the stay.



Other Things to Note:

The Spring House accommodates a maximum of six guests, and the primary renter must be at least 25 years old.



Pets and smoking are not permitted. Quiet hours are from 10:00 p.m. to 8:00 a.m.



The home uses privacy-compliant noise-monitoring technology to detect excessive sound levels and occupancy. It does not record conversations.



Please turn off the gas grill and its fuel shutoff valve completely after every use.
