Welcome to DeSoto Haven, a comfortable 1,200-square-foot townhouse accommodating up to six guests inside gated Hot Springs Village.



The sleeping arrangements include one queen bed in the first bedroom, two double beds in the second bedroom, and a sofa bed in the living room. The home includes one full bathroom and one half bathroom.



The townhouse has two levels, with living and sleeping spaces located across both floors. Interior stairs are required to access portions of the home.



The inviting living area provides space to relax together after a day of golfing, hiking, exploring the lakes, or visiting nearby Hot Springs. A covered deck and gas grill provide additional space for enjoying the peaceful Village surroundings.



Additional conveniences include a private washer and dryer.



Guest Access:

Guests have access to the entire two-level townhouse, covered deck, gas grill, and private washer and dryer.



Interior stairs are required to access portions of the home.



Hot Springs Village is a gated community. Registered guests must present their reservation or check-in confirmation at the West Gate, where security will provide a vehicle pass for the stay. Detailed arrival instructions will be provided before check-in.



Entry is through an electronic lock. Access information will be provided to registered guests before arrival.



Parking is limited to two vehicles. The driveway accommodates one vehicle, and one additional vehicle may use the designated overflow parking area.

DeSoto Haven is located inside the gated community of Hot Springs Village, surrounded by the natural beauty of the Ouachita Mountains.



Hot Springs Village offers golf courses, recreational lakes, walking and biking trails, restaurants, and numerous outdoor activities. Availability, fees, reservations, and guest-access requirements may vary by amenity.



Historic downtown Hot Springs, Hot Springs National Park, Bathhouse Row, Oaklawn Racing Casino Resort, restaurants, shopping, and other area attractions are accessible by vehicle.



Getting Around:

A vehicle is recommended for reaching the townhouse and exploring Hot Springs Village and the surrounding area.



Guests should enter through the West Gate and present their reservation or check-in confirmation to security. After entering the Village, follow the detailed arrival directions provided before check-in.



Parking is limited to two vehicles: one in the driveway and one in the designated overflow parking area.



Other Things to Note:

DeSoto Haven accommodates a maximum of six guests, and the primary renter must be at least 25 years old.



Pets are not permitted in accordance with HOA policy.



Smoking is not permitted. Quiet hours are from 10:00 p.m. to 8:00 a.m.



The townhouse uses privacy-compliant noise-monitoring technology to detect excessive sound levels and occupancy. It does not record conversations.



This is a two-level townhouse, and interior stairs are required to access portions of the home.



Please turn off the gas grill and its fuel shutoff valve completely after every use.
