« Hotel is beautiful in the public areas. Staff was wonderful. Night entertainment was great. When we first got there our room was awful. Stained carpet, ratty furniture not overly clean. But when front desk was called they found us a better room. So this was good. The new rom was way better but you could see if my was basically worn out. But it was clean so we said great. Once they get all the renovations done it will back to it beautiful standards. »

« Water is right outside the sliding glass door. You get your own picnic bench, you have your own grill if you want to grill out ( and they even supply the charcoal) , there are portable fire pits you can use and put on your patio ( they supply the firewood for free also! what!? oh , yea). The bed was a little soft for my liking but I like a super firm bed so thats neglegable depending on what you like. The staff was friendly and helpful. The only thing is, if you go in the fall or winter the lake...

« Room was exactly like the picture, with an amazing view of the lake. The bed was SO comfortable, i’d come back again just to sleep in that bed! I loved this place, and will always keep this in mind when I come to Hot Springs. It’s close to everything, and even has a fishing/swimming dock right outside. Everyone was friendly, and the room was amazing, and 100% worth the money. »
