Welcome to The Hamilton Social—where the house is just as memorable as the vacation itself.

Close to Lake Hamilton and local marinas, with easy access to Hot Springs’ restaurants, shops and Hot Springs National Park (city center ~10–15 minutes by car). Quiet, countryside vibe but within short driving distance of tourist services and grocery stores.

Primary travel is by car; roads are paved county and state routes with good regional connectivity. No local rail or subway service. Nearest car rental options and ride services are available in Hot Springs. Hot Springs Memorial Field (HOT) is the closest airport for private and limited commercial service; Little Rock’s Bill and Hillary Clinton National Airport (LIT) is the nearest major commercial airport (~55–60 miles/≈1–1.25 hours by car).

Pool heating by request and is $100 per day and must be applied for the entire duration of your stay.

The pool can be heated to a maximum temperature of 90°F.

During colder months (typically December–February), especially when temperatures drop below 50°F, the pool heater may not perform efficiently.

SEASONAL LAKE LEVEL NOTICE
Please note that Lake Hamilton undergoes an annual drawdown starting November 1st, with water levels gradually lowered throughout the winter. The refill process begins between March 1st and March 8th, and the lake is typically fully restored by March 15th each year. This property is located in a quiet cove, which means that during the drawdown, water levels in this area drop significantly—often resulting in no visible water near the shoreline.
