The house was set up nicely overall it was plenty of room for our extended family vacation. We had 12 people (4 families) comfortably in this home. There were a few downsides though. The bedroom in the back on the main floor has no door to cut down on noise or light, just something to keep in mind. Several of the bathrooms were unable to lock doors. The key to the front door was finicky and we had trouble unlocking the door at first. But the biggest problem was the air conditioning. It was extremely hot when we visited but the AC filters were so plugged up that it was often 80* inside when we got home from exploring. I reached out to the host and I never heard anything back my entire trip. She ended up communicating to someone else in my party which I found extremely unprofessional. Overall I wouldn’t stay here again even though the location was excellent.

We absolutely loved staying at your home. The house was perfect for our group of five couples. Each couple had a bedroom, and there are three bathrooms. There was also plenty of parking for our five vehicles. The house was also very clean and had everything we needed. If you are coming into town to go to Oaklawn, this home is 0.6 miles from the track and casino. If it had not been raining, we could have walked. The host is very kind and responds very quickly. Our group will definitely plan another weekend at this home. Definitely five stars.

Good Times

Four couples (and a college-age daughter) thoroughly enjoyed an Oaklawn racing weekend at this property. It was roomy, comfortable, and perfectly situated to the track. We enjoyed our stay, and recommend it to anyone who expects the track to be good to him/her.

Hot Springs home away from home

The house is located in a very convenient location. It has plenty of rooms to fit a large family. It is beautifully maintained and very clean. The property manager was very friendly and responsive. I would highly recommend this place.

We enjoyed Oaklawn and were walking distance! Crosswalk Bar, for watching the Hogs bring home a win, was a great place to enjoy some drinks. The house was perfect for our needs. Plenty of rooms and beds for all guests. Great location. Highly recommend!!

This property worked out perfect for our adult family. The location was perfectly situated between historic downtown, the casino, and the wedding at the country club. House was beautifully decorated. Air conditioning excellent. Doors and light fixtures needs maintenance in some rooms.Quest was locked in bathroom, door wouldn't work from inside. Grill was not usable. Main bedroom linen needed washing.
