Charming Lake Catherine/Ouachita River Lake House w/ Boat Dock

Charming house located on Ouachita River/Lake Catherine.

3 Bedrooms (1st BR with King Bed; 2nd BR with Queen Bed and 3rd BR with 2 Twin Size Bed) and 2 Baths.

The property has a large deck with private yard, boat dock, firepit, beautiful view of the sunsets, and it's a great place to relax and get away for a while.

This is our personal getaway, so we have tried to include all the comforts of home. The living room has a comfortable couch, large TV and great views of the lake. There is a dining table that will seat 6. It's a great place for the kids to swim or kayak. The kitchen is well furnished, and there is a laundry room with a washer and dryer.

The deck is a great place to relax with a glass of wine and watch the boats go by.

Our family had a great vacation at this property! The house was clean and incredibly comfortable, making it the perfect place to relax after a day of exploring.One of the highlights was the water accessā€”it was so convenient and made for beautiful views and fun activities right from the property. Whether we were enjoying the peaceful mornings by the water or unwinding in the evenings. It was easy to get to nearby attractions, restaurants, and shops. We loved how we could enjoy the best of both worldsā€”peace and quiet at the property while still being close to everything we wanted to do. We would recommend the property and would stay again.

We enjoyed our stay. We did not realize that we were at the top of a hill and had to go down it to get to the lake. There were two handicapped people in our group, so you might want to list that. We had everything we needed, except for a blender.

Perfect place if you're looking to fish, kayak, and swim in the lake. The kids swam everyday and my husband fished almost the whole time. I enjoyed having my coffee and reading on the covered deck. I got to watch a couple of eastern bluebirds tend to their nest in the corner of the deck roof. We saw geese and their babies. Just a great place to unwind and relax. Some things to improve upon would be to make the double bed softer, to match the comfort of the other beds. The grill is very rusted and we were not able to grill like we were planning to. Other than that we thoroughly enjoyed every minute of our stay! Highly recommend!

We were in town visiting my elderly father who lives close. The house was perfect for our stay. Had plenty of room. House was clean and sheets / towels smelled wonderful! Kitchen had everything we needed. I would stay there again!

This place was a perfect get away for our annual family Christmas fishing trip. It is close to everything and the lake is absolutely beautiful. We will be back during the season when water levels are back up and we can use the dock.

Between the lazy days sitting out on the porch watching the boats go by to exploring downtown Hot Springs close by, this was a great property for our family. The water and dock were great for swimming, tanning and fishing, and the over ambience of this house was very relaxed. Well stocked, quiet, and beautiful. We would gladly return!
