Newly furnished gated condo in an outstanding location, with easy punch code access and elevator. Private assigned parking. Found on Lake Hamilton’s main channel, with access to a private covered boat slip. Only 6 miles away from downtown: great for biking and hiking enthusiasts, includes various fine-dining options, countless stores, and the famous Hot Springs Bathhouses. This condo is dog-friendly and sleeps 6 people: 2 king-sized beds, 2 bathrooms, and 1 sleeper sofa. Enjoy a family game night cozied up next to the electric fireplace, in our newly furnished living room with games, books, and movies provided. Also kick back and relax on one of our two decks, overlooking Lake Hamilton with stunning views of the sunset and fireworks. The master bedroom includes a king-sized bed, with breathtaking sunset views of lake hamilton, bathroom with soaker tub and dual-vanity, and straight access to the deck. Living room includes large smart screen TV, with TVs in both bedrooms as well, each including a premium TV package including sports. Other amenities comprise of a fully-stocked kitchen, a wet bar, a barbecue grill on deck, access to a fishing pier, sun deck, pool, sauna, hot tub, and club house, all essential to having an enjoyable vacation stay. Anniversary Weekend Getaway. We truly enjoyed our stay and view. The condo was just as listed. The large windows added to the view of Lake Hamilton and to the comfort and coziness of our stay. Our host Victoria was awesome. We look forward to our next stay there.

Everything was as described and better. Only trouble we had was that we were told we could park our motorcycle trailer in the parking lot. Not true - Condo rules do not allow more than 24 hours for any trailer. Will need to store the trailer off site next time.

Nice condo just south of town. Clean and well appointed. It's in the middle of the complex and we could hear the people above us. It's also close to HWY 7 and we could hear some traffic. It was also expensive, as they charged us for the condo plus a cleaning fee and pet fee.

We had a wonderful time with our two adult grandchildren. The property was as beautiful as advertised. Good view of the lake and the property was very clean and well maintained. Check in was easy and we had no problems during our stay. Thank you Victoria.

This was a last minute trip for my son and I, we lived in Hot Springs up until 3 years ago so we are very familiar with all areas the town. This is a great area and very convenient to downtown. This condo was so comfortable and the views were really nice.

Nice condo on Lake Hamilton

My husband and I were both very pleased with the size of the condo. The kitchen is pretty small, but other than that, it is a very roomy place. The views of Lake Hamilton are fabulous! Having an elevator to go to the 2nd floor was extremely helpful - especially when taking luggage and groceries in. There were only two things we really didn't care for - the jacuzzi tub in the master bathroom looked dirty to us. Not so much the surface, but the jets. Also, the shower heads in both bathrooms are extremely low. I'm 5'7" and they were both right at my forehead height. Other than that, we were very pleased with the property!

Best Condo ever!!

We rented the condo for a short stay in Hot Springs for myself, my husband and our 27 year old son. The condo was very roomy, was furnished with everything a family could want or need. The. bedrooms quite large- MBR had a chair and table to sit in and read, lots of open space, double sinks on the bathroom, and a giant closet. Guest room was equally comfortable. There were 2 balconies. an electric fireplace which heated the LR well. Overall , this was next to the best condo I’ve ever rented. The best was on a golf course by the ocean…. kinda hard to beat!! We look forward to returning.

Second time I have stayed at the property!

This kind of minium is very clean and easy to get to. I am a handicapped person, so the elevator is a plus. What will really keep it a Five star rating is that I left my iPad, cane and earphones at the property. I am hoping that they will be returned to me after I asked the property manager to Federal Express them to me at my cost. Next year, if I come back to Hot Springs, I will definitely try and book the same condominium!

Great Host

Great host, easy check-in, great location on Lake Hamilton. No major issues that were not addressed. If there was anything I would say to improve would be to dust in the ceiling areas and the light fixtures throughout….as there were spider webs. But overall would stay again for sure.
