« Clean room. Nice and quiet. Very helpful and friendly reception staff. The property is an ex-Premier Inn by looks of it. A little dated and the repair work in room 12 on the bathroom tiles are a bit messy/shabby. But overall a comfortable and pleasant stay. Would recommend and stay again. »

« Overdelivered in every respect. From check in where our dogs were welcomed with their own beds and hamper, to a delicious dinner in a lovely atmosphere, followed by a night in an incredibly comfortable bed and a top notch breakfast.....we loved it all. »

« The hotel was really cosy and the breakfast and dinner delicious. You can walk to Hampton Court in 30 minutes, along the River Thames and Bushey Park is just opposite with free roaming deer and ducks and swans. Kingston upon Thames has an abundance of shops and restaurants. It was a perfect spring break. »

« Pub rénové avec 10 chambres de grande taille et confortables. Décoration soignée et originale. Petit déjeuner inclus avec carte de plats chauds servis à table + petit buffet. Bonnes bières et très bons plats au pub avec une bonne ambiance et un décor à la fois moderne et typique. Les chambres donnant sur la rue sont assez bruyantes compte tenu de la circulation et de l'âge du bâtiment. »

« Nous avons aimé la qualité du service, de l'accueil. Le breakfast était très correct ainsi que la localisation : Londres accessible en train en 20 minutes . l'hôtel est à deux minutes à pied de la gare et ne souffre d'aucune nuisance . Une très bonne adresse ! »
