Outside, the substantial rear garden provides a lovely space for outdoor dining and relaxing, while extensive off-road parking makes arrival convenient.

Guests have access to the entire house.



The Neighborhood:

Set on the semi-rural edge of Rudgwick, the property is surrounded by the beautiful West Sussex countryside, with walking and cycling routes accessible from the doorstep. The Surrey Hills and wider West Sussex Weald are close by, while Cranleigh and Horsham offer a good choice of independent shops, restaurants, cafés and regular events. Nearby Wisborough Green and Loxwood are also popular for village pubs, country walks and the Wey & Arun Canal. Golf, horse riding and fishing are available within a short drive.



Getting Around:

The property is well placed for exploring West Sussex and Surrey by car, with Cranleigh and Horsham both a short drive away. Gatwick Airport is approximately a 25-minute drive, while mainline stations at Billingshurst, Christ’s Hospital and Horsham provide connections for London, the airport and surrounding areas. The countryside immediately surrounding the property also offers excellent opportunities for walking and cycling.

Before Check-In



To ensure everything is ready for your arrival, all guests are required to complete a few steps before check-in. These are completed through the SuiteOp link provided after your booking and are separate from your accommodation payment. All pre-arrival steps must be completed before check-in.

For damage protection, you can choose between: a £500 refundable security deposit (a £500 deposit is held and returned after your stay, provided there is no damage or other chargeable issue) OR a non-refundable damage waiver (this is charged at £20 for 1-night stay, £40 for a 2-night stay and a maximum of £45 for stays longer than 2 nights).

Check-out: By 10:00



Please note: Smoking and vaping are not permitted anywhere inside the property. We also ask that you keep noise to a minimum between 22:00 and 08:00, out of consideration for our neighbours.
