This property was so awesome that my daughter and I didn't want to leave. Being at the end of the cove we could enjoy the birds and other things which made the stay better than I had imagined. This was the 1st time I had walked barefoot in 15 years. Even my 6 year old grandson loved the kayak and wanted to stay longer. We loved it.

Enjoyed the lake home very much. It was easy to let the kids fish while we watched from the porch. Very relaxing and beautiful. Love the lay out of the house.

Beautiful place by the lake. Interior was very nicely furnished and easy access to the boat dock. We had everything we needed for a pleasant stay. Owner was very accommodating and took very good care of us.

Enjoyed our stay

We enjoyed our stay. The house is super cute and clean and the view is beautiful. Wish we could’ve stayed longer, but we were only in town for the weekend to visit family. If we’re ever back in the area we would love to stay here again!

Nice getaway

We loved the location on the lake. The house was clean and well stocked. The rear deck and boat dock are awesome. Being in the back of a cove, there was little boat traffic. Be prepared for a steep and awkward driveway. Hard to back a boat trailer down, but it can be done.

Great Getaway

It was everything we wanted and more! The house was clean, the beds were comfy and the property was perfect. The lake was clean. There’s a dollar general like 3-4 mins away that is more of a market and has everything you need. We went and did the inflatable obstacle course. It was a perfect getaway!

Birthday Getaway

Our second time staying here this summer!! I’m already planning my next trip back and wondering if it can wait until next year, or if I’ll be back before summer ends! My girls loved fishing and swimming from the dock and I paddle boarded every morning. We will be back!! Thanks for the core memories!

Family getaway

The listing pictures are completely accurate. It is very clean, peaceful, great view & we all loved the lake and the fishing was great. The pool table is missing the rack, we made it work. There also could be more spices left in the cabinet more than just salt & pepper. The marina staff was very helpful. Made a day trip to blanchard springs caverns so beautiful, had lunch at Anglers great restaurant & atmosphere.

The house is nice, location was great since it was close to our weekend plans/events.The driveway is a bit steep, a little difficult to park/turn around at the base of the garage/house. Truck would not fit in the garage, but we managed. The first morning the neighborhood lost power however the host was responsive and communicated effectively. There was noticeable flooring damage in the kitchen from a previous leak. One of the bathroom counter tops were cracked in a few places as well as a leaking faucet, seeping toward the wall. Porch lighting was not operational, and the center ceiling fan was missing a blade. Additionally noticed the corner post (opposite of porch steps) was sagging and has separated approximately 3" from the porch ceiling. The pool table was missing the que ball rack... couldn't be located anywhere. A two night stay; after the first night my spouse felt something crawling on her and found a small spider on top of the comforter in the morning. During the second night she was bit by another. Needless to say, we didn't get much sleep the second night before our departure Sunday. It is a nice house and it is peaceful there. Checking in and out was easy and effortless. The host was accommodating and responsive. With some attention it could be a 5 star place to stay!
