Charming holiday home in scenic surroundings

This charming and well-maintained holiday home is located in very scenic surroundings, close to both Kvesarum Lake and Fulltofta Nature Center, a nature reserve with many marked hiking routes. Rowing boats can be rented at lake Vaxsjön, approx. 10 minutes from here by car.



There are several fishing and swimming opportunities in the immediate area. From the house there are only approx. 6 km to Höör with train connection, shops, golf and Skåne's famous Zoo.



The house itself has 2 levels and two bedrooms on the first floor. One double room and one twin room. On the ground floor there is a room with a bunk bed. There are thus a total of 6 beds. If you are more than 6 people, it might be possible to rent an annex with two beds and a loft. The annex is rented on site directly from the owner.



Electricity consumption is paid directly to the owner on site; 3 sek kWh

Final cleaning is mandatory and is paid directly to the owner on site: 1,300 sek.

Towels and bed linen can be rented from the owner for 180 sek per set, booked well in advance of arrival.
