« Our room was beautiful and the chandelier was stunning. Just like in the photos. We were welcomed to the room where the fire was already on and warm for us. We have stayed here before and loved the convenient location being able to walk to the restaurants. We will be back again soon. Thank you. »

« What a great historical hotel in the heart of Ballarat. The room was up to date and the staff was helpful with our luggage. We ate in the hotel restaurant and the food was delicious and the service excellent. There was no problem with parking on site, especially upon our late night return from the Sovereign Hill Aura event. »

Everything was clean and organised..I would really recommend this places as the location was very convenient for us.
The only thing that I would recommend is to put a mat at the entrance as the floor can be slippery. »
