Minimum Age of Renter
Due to our insurance restrictions, the primary renter must be at least 25 years of age. The reservation holder must be present during the stay and is responsible for all guests and visitors.
Water Equipment:
For liability reasons, we do not provide kayaks, canoes, paddleboards, or lifejackets. However, guests are welcome to bring their own and use them at their own discretion.
Noise Monitoring
We take noise levels and our neighbors' comfort very seriously. To help with this, we have noise level monitoring devices inside the home. These devices do not record or listen in—they simply alert us if the noise exceeds a high decibel threshold.
Security Cameras
There are three exterior security cameras on the property to help ensure the safety of our guests and the home. We kindly ask that you lock all vehicles and secure any valuables during your stay.
