« Beautiful property! Exceptionally clean. We loved sitting out on the covered pier watching the sunsets and sunrises. We were surrounded by wonderful wildlife
 the dolphins, large rays, wild horses and many friendly dogs. Miriam, the house manager, is lovely and picked up hot food for us after a long day of delayed flights. We will be back! »

« Easily walkable to Main Street and all the activities of Roatan. Used the hammocks in screened in porch mornings and evenings. Great place for families. Clothes washer and dryer super convenient. I got scuba certified at Island Diving, a 4 minute walk. »

« Place is as in pics. Our unit was close to road Loud & dusty. Beach was a bust. Did not want to sit on a dock!. Had the reviews mentioned the road work & the silt & that the water was not that great we would have not booked. The reef is not that close. When we got a car we spent or time elsewhere.No fault of Sundancer but reviews should have mentioned the amount of road work! « This was our second visit to Phoenix House. The primary reason we like this location (Sundancer) is the access to the reef. There are very few places in the tropical snorkeling business in the world where you can access a coral reef with a 10 minute swim. No boat rental necessary. Yes, you cross a boat channel, so heads up. My idea of heaven. »
