« Miriam was an amazimg hostess. After a long flight from Canada she quickly made us feel comfortable and made the whole pick up/check in easy for us. She went out of the way to help us get around, laundry and cleaning service. She communicated with us easy through Whatsapp. She had a great network of support staff that helped us out during our stay. There was a lovely security man at night. « Place is as in pics. Our unit was close to road Loud & dusty. Beach was a bust. Did not want to sit on a dock!. Had the reviews mentioned the road work & the silt & that the water was not that great we would have not booked. The reef is not that close. « This was our second visit to Phoenix House. The primary reason we like this location (Sundancer) is the access to the reef. There are very few places in the tropical snorkeling business in the world where you can access a coral reef with a 10 minute swim. No boat rental necessary. Yes, you cross a boat channel, so heads up. My idea of heaven. »
