Cleanliness was not great, bathrooms needed a deep clean, there were no products to use like said, wasn’t a problem but what was there were used items. Would have been great to have more towels, 6 of us had to share 3 towels. Overall it wasn’t terrible especially since we just stayed one night but if we were there longer more eye to detail would have been appreciated. « Our overall impression was good, GREAT location and neighborhood, great proximity to shopping areas and restaurants, etc. We needed a mechanic and a great shop was only 5 minutes away and they did a very good job! Everything was clean and very comfortable. Suggestions: TVs in the other two bedrooms, make bathroom towel more accessible (we couldn’t find them), the internet didn’t work efficiently with our firesticks, and we were unsure of why someone else seemed to be on the property. When I contacted the manager to ask questions on how to operate things, the response was obviously AI with very generic answers not tailored at all to the actual house. We were told in the listing there would be operating instructions in the house along with a book with things to do and neither could be found in the house.
