« We loved the location. The water pad and dock provided hours of entertainment for my kids. Loved the welcoming touches like the letter board welcoming us. We also really loved that there were kayaks there to use and we didn’t have bring our own. The house is adorable and we really enjoyed our stay. »

« Rainy season unfortunately troubled the water so we did not get clear water as on pictures but we understand that this is out of renter's control :-) Fantastic and friendly service (Thank you Summer!), property greatly stocked, beds super large and comfortable. Near beaches, that was great! »

« Very comfortable and spacious for larger groups or families. The view and location are excellent. We enjoyed kayaking to the spring which is right around the corner and enjoying local restaurants by boat. Justin was very helpful and easy to contact and the house was clean and tidy. Would definitely stay again. »

« We spent the weekend to celebrate our grandsons first birthday. We wanted a place with a pool as he loves the water. Nice location, about 10 minutes away from stores. Super quiet neighborhood. On a golf course so no houses behind the house. House was clean but did find a few spiders but it’s florida. Layout of house is nice, master on one side and the other 3 bedrooms on the other side with a door to close off the hallway to keep noise level down if you have kids. Master bedroom mattress does...

« Our 1st trip to the river and it did not disappoint. This house is located around the corner from a public ramp and boat rental place. In addition to kayaking, we also rented a skiff and went east up the river for the day for about $125. Tina's place is a great space for family to enjoy. The house has a fully stocked kitchen with plenty of spices. Host is very responsive as well! We hope to book again soon. »

« Decent stay with lots of space! We rented this house for a scalloping weekend with family and we all had a great time. The ping pong table was our absolute favorite part of this rental and we had so many laughs in the entertainment room. The kitchen could use some better pans and restocking (there was no coffee, kitchen sponges, or extra trash bags) but overall it wasn't a bad place to stay for a short trip. »

« Orit checked in with us & was so flexible since a hurricane was coming at the beginning of our stay. She truly cared and wanted us to be able to enjoy our vacation. Great property! Nice master suite and 2nd bedroom has bunk beds for up to 4 kids. Living, dining, and kitchen are very open. « It was perfect for what we needed. Plenty of amenities. Everything worked. All new appliances. Lots of big screen tvs for watching games or just having background ambience playing. Huge Jacuzzi and heated pool were great. Loved hanging out at the fire pit till late. We mostly just hung out grilling and relaxing. Billiards and gaming table were fun too being that it rained the entire weekend but we loved it. This is a great property for family vacations. Thank you. »
