The main floor features an open floor plan with a comfortable living room, dining room, and kitchen as well as a large bedroom with two queen beds and a bathroom. On the upper level there are two king bedrooms and a bathroom.

Situated in the peaceful neighborhood of Tahoma, you're conveniently close to ski resorts and snowshoeing in winter, as well as bike paths, hiking trails, the lake, and beaches for summer adventures.

Parking:
Parking is available for 3 cars total. All cars must park on the driveway. No street parking per county ordinance.
Prepare for mountain or winter weather driving in winter months. This may mean Four wheel drive with snow tires or chains. Check weather or road reports. AWD and 4WD necessary to get up the mountain roads and some driveways in the winter months.

**Available for 2025 ski lease starting as early at January 8, 2025. $4,900 per month for rent, garbage, internet and driveway snow removal. Other things to Note:
* Renters must be 25+
* This home is a non-smoking home.
* Maximum occupancy per county ordinance is 8 adults.
* Use of the BBQ and outdoor furniture is not guaranteed in winter months, due to limited access.
* Like most Tahoe homes, this one does not have air conditioning. Fans will be available for your stay.
* Your safety matters. This property ,may features exterior security cameras. The cameras are outward facing and do not look into interior spaces. The cameras will continuously record video and sound while guests are in residence.
