About the property
One of three barn conversions on the site, Clover House is a lovingly restored holiday home with a harmonious blend of modern features and rustic charm throughout. Complete with three reception rooms, an extensive garden with a backdrop of the Tamar River and an open-plan kitchen that's made for socialising, you'll feel right at home. Should you wish to explore the area, you're perfectly placed to visit some of North Cornwall's best beaches for water sports, and the tranquil countryside for wild adventures.
The space
The property begins with a welcoming reception room with two original, inglenook fireplaces on either side and an abundance of sumptuous sofas, perfect for a quiet read or a catch-up with family and friends.

Moving into the modern, timber frame extension, where floods of light fill the room and the countryside views extend as far as the eye can see. Here you will find the fully-equipped kitchen, complete with everything you'll need to prepare delicious feasts, plus a large dining table and a further sitting room with a Smart TV. When the sun is shining, open the bi-fold doors and venture outside to the garden terrace where you can enjoy a BBQ or a freshly made pizza from the Gozney pizza oven.

There are four uniquely designed bedrooms on the first floor, each complete with luxury soft furnishings and cosy colour schemes. There are two king-size bedrooms, one of which has an en-suite shower room, a double bedroom and a twin bedroom, plus a hallway bathroom with a shower over the bath.

Deposit: Bookings are subject to a non-refundable deposit of 30% of the booking value plus applicable booking fees with the balance payable 60 days before the date of travel.

Accidental Damage Deposit: To maintain the highest standards in our properties, guests will need to pay a refundable Accidental Damage Deposit of £250 prior to their stay. An advance payment as detailed in the booking summary can be made to waive this requirement.
