« This is an exceptional place to stay. The family is very friendly and welcoming, the breakfasts are delicious and excellent quality. The room is well appointed and quiet. We were really well looked after during our visit and we hope to return before too long. »

« All of the staff are so friendly and welcoming. This is the third time we have stayed at the , " Duke of York". The rooms are always clean and well supplied and wonderfully quirky. The food is exquisite, good suppliers and a talented chef make any meal you order an absolute delight. The choice of beers and ciders definately hit the spot and are excellently kept. We will, without question, be looking to return for more stays regardless of the season because any time of year is great here. »
