« Amazing place, really quiet and clean. Rooms are huge and well designed. Small inconvenience: breakfast only from 8:00am so complicated when you are there for work. The only thing I didn't appreciate is the first night we had dinner at the restaurant and when we went to pay the bill, an additional tip was already defined and there was no other choice. I thought it was the way the restaurant works but the second night we had a dinner, no tip has been asked at all! Such a pity because the meal was...

« Es war ein Traum. Der Pool, die Außenanlage und das Zimmer mit dem Dampfbad hat zu einem wunderschönen Urlaub beigetragen. Leider war der Check in tatsächlich erst um 16 Uhr möglich. Dementsprechend gab es um 16 Uhr eine lange Schlange, sodass wir erst eine halbe Stunde später im Zimmer waren. Dafür würde uns aber problemlos ein Late Check-out (1 Stunde länger) ermöglicht. »

« L´hôtel est situé en lisière de forêt et est de ce fait très calme. Le centre de Bad Schwartau est accessible à pied en moins de 20 minutes en prenant un chemin à travers la forêt. Le petit déjeuner est de bonne qualité. »
