The backyard is the heart of the home — a true tropical retreat with a private pool, bubbling hot tub, shaded lounge chairs, and an outdoor dining area made for long dinners and sunset cocktails. Multiple balconies extend the living space upward, giving every corner of the home a connection to the warm island air.
Inside, the open-concept layout flows easily between a generous living area — with a sectional sofa that seats everyone — a fully equipped gourmet kitchen with high-end appliances, and a coastal dining room with oversized doors that open directly onto the outdoor deck. It's the kind of space that makes staying in feel just as good as going out.
Bedrooms & bathrooms: The primary suite is a genuine retreat: king bed, private balcony, and an ensuite with a shower/tub combo. The second bedroom has a queen bed, the third has two twins, and a shared hall bathroom with a walk-in shower serves both. A washer and dryer round out the practical essentials.
The location Holmes Beach Towne Center is steps away for dining and browsing, and the island's full range of water adventures — kayak and bike rentals, fishing, paddleboarding — is easily within reach. Anna Maria Island's best beaches are a two-minute walk.
