Welcome to Happy Place, a ground level 4 bedroom 3.5 bathroom recently updated home with 75 ft of canal. frontage. Located just 0.4 miles from the white sandy beaches of the Gulf of Mexico. surrounded by tropical landscaping. This home has all the essentials for a fabulous vacation. There is a fully equipped kitchen with stainless steel appliances. There is a bistro table set for two guests. Naturally occurring Red tide blooms can occur along the Gulf coast of Florida, including Anna Maria Island. Low levels of Red tide can be found year-round, but outbreaks follow a seasonal pattern, occurring in the late summer to early fall when water temperatures are highest. Red Tide, algae blooms, air quality issues, beach conditions, water clarity, wildlife, weather-related events and other naturally occurring environmental conditions are considered Acts of Nature and are outside of the control of the homeowner or management company. No refunds, discounts, or cancellations will be issued due to these conditions.
The guest making the reservation must be 25 years of age or older. Persons under 25 to are not allowed to occupy a property unless accompanied by someone over 25 years of age.
Bookings made within 30 days of the arrival date must verify ID before the access information is released. The credit/debit card used for payment must be shown along with a valid driving license or passport in the same name as the card. As well as a utility bill with the same address as the card billing address. Pre-Paid cards are not accepted. If an alternative payment method cannot be used the booking will be canceled.
Please note it is not permitted to host parties or group events such as weddings in this vacation home.
