As you step through the front door, you enter a bright and airy living room that serves as the heart of the home. The decor is a perfect blend of coastal elegance and comfort, featuring plush sectional and swivel chairs arranged to encourage conversation or enjoying a movie after a long day at the beach. Soft, sandy tones and beach-inspired decor create a serene atmosphere, inviting guests to relax and unwind. The kitchen boasts a spacious layout with a large central island, featuring a sleek countertop and additional seating for casual dining. Pendant lights hang above the island, casting a warm glow on the culinary workspace. Appliances include stove, oven, refrigerator, and dishwasher, coffee pot and Keurig, and toaster which are integrated into the kitchen's design. The open concept of this kitchen creates an inviting space, perfect for enjoying family dinners when you don’t feel like eating out. Conveniently located on the main level just behind the kitchen is a well-appointed half bath for guests. It serves as a practical location to keep visitors from needing to access the private bedrooms. Adjacent to the living room is the primary bedroom that is generously sized and furnished with a luxurious king-sized bed, adorned with crisp, white linens and plush pillows. Bedroom 4 has a full bed with a twin bed over, and a pull out trundle underneath. Bedroom 5 completes the upstairs with 2 twin beds and is perfect for guests of all ages! Conveniently situated between these two guest rooms, the hallway features a full bathroom with a tub/shower combination. This shared bath provides a comfortable and functional space for guests in both the bedrooms, offering both convenience and privacy.
