Amazing beach front property with a pool, we were so happy with the location and facilities. Communication with the team was excellent. Being able to park from 10am was a fantastic bonus too. We will definitely be back.

The grounds were well kept and inviting. Each unit has a dedicted parking space that was clearly marked. It was great that beach chairs & a cooler were provided. The location was fantastic. It was a short easy stroll to the beach's water's edge. The manager Matthew quickly answered any questions we had. We highly recommend Mellow On The Beach!

Didn't have much interaction with the host, but all the necessary information (address, gate code, door code, etc) was clearly laid out in the email communications.The only thing I was unsure of was the mirror hanging parking tag that was required. But as soon as we walked in the door the parking tag was left out for us.

The secure courtyard area surrounding the property was great for the kids to play and the separately secured pool area gave parents piece of mind on safety. Overall location is great to access activities to the north and south. The only “quasi” negative as the proximity to the public beach made the beach area a little more crowded than other beaches on island.
