Welcome to Egrets Nest, a coastal paradise with four bedrooms and two-and-a-half baths just minutes from the sparkling white sands of the Gulf of Mexico! This home’s backyard features a private pool with an in-water sundeck, a paved deck area with outdoor couches, a full-sized outdoor dining set with an umbrella, and a grill.

This ground-level home offers an open layout, a chic family room with two sofas and a Roku TV for movie nights, a fully equipped kitchen with basic cookware essentials, and a formal dining room table.

The primary bedroom has stunning beachy furnishings, a TV, and an ensuite bathroom with a double vanity and a walk-in shower. The three guest bedrooms have lovely nautical theme décor, premium linens, and share the hall bath with a shower and tub combination as well as the half bath.

Great Layout

This property was a perfect layout for our family of 7. The kids (ages 4, 4 and 7) loved the pool and the grandparents (in their 70s) loved to sit in a shaded area and watch them. We were comfortable and had a great time at the property. We would look to stay here again.

wonderful week long stay with teens

Our stay was great! The condition of the property was as listed, the owner was easy to communicate with and everything met our expectations. For families with teens and young adult children, this is a perfect place to stay with the pool out back, the short walk to the beach, easy access to the trolley for shopping etc, and my son liked the nearby skate park and gas station drinks as well ;) Highly recommended!

The space worked out well for our group. It was great to have 4 bedrooms & 2 1/2 baths. We enjoyed the out door pool & lanai area...very relaxing & private. The neighborhood is very quiet & conveniently located to shopping & dining. The throw rugs were in need of washing & it would have been much more convenient to have adequate toilet paper, paper towels & coffee filters instead of heading to the local dollar store to buy more on arrival. The number of wash cloths was not adequate for our group of 4. The dishwasher tabs, laundry detergent & bath soap provided was also inadequate for a 7 day stay.
