Situated on a double lot, this three story home was designed with many luxuries and amenities in mind to guarantee a stay unlike most other. Spacious and well appointed bedrooms with high quality linen from Boll & Branch, bathrooms with floor to ceiling Italian imported marble, a chef-inspired kitchen with top of the line appliances and separate butler's pantry, as well as a resort style pool with hot tub that stretches across a beautiful tropical landscaped backyard are just a few of the perks you will be able to enjoy during your stay.

Start your fun filled vacation on the beach or in the heated pool and not in the grocery store. Allow us to arrange for your first hassle free grocery delivery. Explore the island on complimentary provided bikes and spend all day at the beach; plenty of beach chairs, cooler, umbrellas, beach towels and kids toys are all made available to our guests.

Located on the second floor, three out of four bedrooms, all with smart TVs and en-suite bathrooms, are the ideal retreat for quality rest and privacy. The oversized master bedroom offers a king size bed, walk-in closet, patio access through large glass sliding doors, and an en-suite bathroom, which boasts a free standing soaking tub, two large vanities for him and her and large walk-in shower. Two more bedrooms with king sized beds are located on the opposite side of the home.

The third floor was designed with even more privacy in mind and offers a second living room, fourth bedroom with king size bed and en-suite bathroom, office, and access to a large covered outdoor patio. Doze off on the full size outdoor hanging bed, or grab a bottle of champagne with glasses and head up to the roof top deck to gaze at the water views and wait for unforgettable sunsets. Once dusk sets in, turn on the fire pit and enjoy the end of a beautiful day on Anna Maria Island under the stars.
