Planning a fun family getaway or a trip with friends? Beach Retreat is the perfect Anna Maria Island vacation rental located just a short block to the white sandy beach - so close you’ll never miss a sunset.

Enjoy the large private heated pool set in a tropical oasis like backyard. Lots of comfortable pool furniture from chaise lounges to a circular sun bed creates your own piece of paradise. After a swim in the pool, rinse off in the outdoor shower, head to the beach or fire up the grill for a Florida-style cookout in the covered lanai. With a ping pong table, corn hole, plenty of pool and beach toys, fishing rods, bait buckets, beach wagon, and shade canopy for the beach, Beach Retreat has all that you need to relax and have fun.

But there’s more . . . The elevator takes heavy bags effortlessly from the garage to any floor in the house. The super-large 75” 4K UHD TV is perfect for watching a movie, your favorite show, or the big game. There’s free Wi-Fi, Xbox One S with Game Pass, Blu-ray player, a large DVD library, books, and loads of board games and puzzles. Each bedroom has its own TV and Blu-ray player plus two bedrooms have private balconies. The well-stocked kitchen allows for easy family meals after a day at the beach or exploring the island. There’s room for up to 4 vehicles but no need to drive since the house is just off the free trolley line that circles the island.

There are no pets allowed in this home.

*Please note: 5 cars maximum are able to park at this home. We ask our guests to please plan accordingly and coordinate with your group. There is no overnight parking available for additional vehicles.

This home is managed by AMI Accommodations, an Anna Maria Island property management company.

We do not accept reservations from anyone under 25 years of age. We do not allow persons under 25 to occupy a property unless accompanied by someone over 25 years of age.

The pictures doesn’t even do this place justice. It was perfect for our family! Plenty of space, pool was wonderful, kitchen stocked with all the needed gadgets, and everything you need for a day at the beach! It was a short walk to the beach. The house came with all the things needed for all ages! Love to stay here again!

We really enjoyed our stay! The house was clean, well appointed, close to the beach and comfortable. The elevator made it easy to transport our suitcases to the third floor. We wish we knew in advance that there was a pack ‘n play, high chair, bouncy seat, and baby gate. We asked the property managers before arriving and they said there were no baby items there. So we packed them all and didn’t need to. The property managers were very responsive. We ran out of propane and they brought more. We had a problem with the lock and they came to fix it. Overall, we were very happy and would stay there again!

Appreciated all of the beach gear - wagon, chairs, toys, etc.. Wonderful family room and large kitchen. Large eight-seat table was great to have so all of us could sit together for breakfast and catching meals on the fly.

First time traveling to Anna Maria and stayed in this cute beach house a quick walk to the beach. The house has everything you need from cooking and grilling to all the beach supplies. Bring your own fishing poles though.... the only thing we wish it had was accessibility to the pool from the living area instead of having to go through a bedroom. We will definitely be back to stay!!

Very nice property - clean and well-appointed. Great location, just two blocks from the beach & close to attractions. The pool was well-maintained and a great place to hang out. Check-in was super easy and communication was great. We recommend this house highly and would stay here again!

Our family had a great time staying at "Beach Retreat". The pool was wonderful. The elevator came in handy with our elderly family member. There was only a very short walk to the beach. The upper level laundry room was very convenient. The large kitchen and dining room worked well for our family meals. We had a great time! We would recommend "Beach Retreat" to others.

Had a fantastic vacation. Home was as advertised with plenty of room for 6 adults and 2 children under 4. Pool was heated and clean, the grandkids enjoyed it immensely. Short walk to the beach and beach wagon made getting to the beach easy. Only 2 of the beach chairs were usable. Kitchen well stocked with plates, silverware and cooking utensils. Dishwasher leaked a bit when running, but cleaned the dishes. Overall excellent stay. Would do it again without hesitation.
