Wonderful month stay at AMI home, quiet neighborhood, easy walk to the beach, Publix, shopping and restaurants. Property clean overall, just needed to run dishwasher and re-dry linens left from prior guest. Host promptly sent mixing bowls I requested and included baking pans which was a kind gesture! The unit is two fights up for flood code, which is easy to manage and adds privacy, though the front door has no window covering so at night you feel a little exposed (a window covering would be nice). Beach chairs provided, which is great, also. My only note is for future quests who like to cook, bake and keep a tidy space. The kitchen and closets are a bit sparse for a month stay. There are few hangers (about a dozen total),no vacuum (although they have a broom and dust pan), no crock pot or instant pot, or heavy duty hand mixer (however, a combo mixer for light weight mixing is provided. *I was afraid to use for fear of burning out the engine), and no blender, but not a deal breaker, for sure! Beds had sheets, although extra blankets would be nice. The host said they plan to add a sweeper and blankets for our next visit, which gives me confidence. A small entry rug to catch sand and one under the coffee table would be a nice touch too, though not essential.I'd gladly give it a 5 star rating vs 4.5 if all basic amenities are in place.
