Heated Pool
The pool is heated year-round for your enjoyment. During rare colder weather, temperatures may vary slightly but will remain warmer than an unheated pool.

Pool Maintenance
Pool is serviced weekly. Because the pool is outdoors and unscreened, leaves and small debris may occasionally blow into the pool between service visits. This is normal and does not require additional cleaning.

Lawn, pest and other exterior maintenance may occur during your stay (minimal disruption). We will request guest permission if any interior access is needed but this is rare.

A pool net is provided for guest convenience if any leaves or debris need to be removed between scheduled service visits.

Pool Safety Fence Available Upon Request
A removable pool safety fence is available for families traveling with young children. Please request installation at least 48 hours before check-in.
While this feature provides an additional layer of safety, children must be supervised by an adult at all times around the pool.
