« I checked into a room that had bloody sheets. You could tell the sheets weren’t changed at all. Very disappointed in the way the hotel handled the situation even with pictures of proof they did nothing to accommodate. »

« As we walked through the lobby door we were met with a terrible odor. Not only was the pool closed, they were remolding the area so we had to listen to a loud jackhammer for several hours. I forgot to mention the sinks that were out in the bushes in front of the lobby. Immediately I asked the guy at the desk if I could just get my money back and was told no. Not only that, he told me that I needed to leave a $100 deposit…. NEVER AGAIN…. »
