« The place is great. Everything is close by beach, fishing pier, market etc. The only thing is that there should be more cooking pot, condiments, dish soap, sponges, thrashbag provided. The lift was not working when we try to use it and there was golf cart park by the house but was not available for use or no keys, it would have been nice to get in or around camp. Renters should be informed if something break or need water to be shut we were in middle of cleaning, doing hygiene , showering and...

« Home is in a prime location on the beach. Spectacular sunrise & sunset colors were enjoyed. Driveway sized amply for minivan or truck.Garage was used for our minivan. Outstanding elevator, spacious bedrooms and plenty of bathrooms. Lovely kitchen and large refrigerator. Laundry room also appreciated. »

« We had a wonderful stay at the Tip Sea Turtle property in Surf City. The reverse layout of the house is great. Kitchen is well stocked. We had a few minor issues. « This property was perfectly located to the beach, exceptionally clean and well maintained. We went in October so it was a slower season. We loved it… you could open the door and hear the crash of the waves. Beach access was simple and just across the street. Town is walkable for the most part. During busy season, you probably just want walk most of the time. Everyone was very friendly and will be back. »

« We had a wonderful experience, and the location couldn’t be better: across the street from a beach access and a 3 minute walk to shops. A greatt playground was only a 15 minute walk with kids. The house was well stocked, including beach toys, chairs, and towels. You just need to bring an umbrella. The hosts were very responsive. Overall, a great vacation. »
