Inside, the first floor of this charming duplex features two well-appointed bedrooms, each with an en suite bathroom and a laundry area with a washer/dryer. The main bedroom has its own smart TV and a screened balcony. Take the full-house elevator or stairs to the upper level, which hosts a light-flooded open floor plan and a third bedroom.

Feel like a master chef in the fully-equipped kitchen, complete with cooking utensils, modern stainless steel appliances (double-door fridge, double oven, stove, microwave, and dishwasher), and a breakfast bar seating four. The adjoining dining table seats six and is ideal for family meals and game nights. Unwind and spend a memorable time with your loved ones in the living room, where you can snuggle up on the large sectional, find a fantastic collection of games and books, or stream your favorite shows and movies on the large-screen smart TV. From here, guests also have access to a second screened deck overlooking the pool.
