Spread across four floors on South Shore Drive in Surf City, this nine-bedroom, five-bathroom home gives large groups something genuinely rare: enough space that everyone has room to breathe, enough beds that nobody draws straws, and enough shared space to actually be together when it counts. Twenty-plus guests. One house. Zero compromises on comfort.

The second floor brings everyone together: kitchen, living room, and dining all on one open level, designed for the kind of easy, unhurried togetherness that makes a big group trip feel less like logistics and more like a vacation. The private hot tub tucked under the house is there for the evenings when the beach day winds down but nobody's quite ready to go inside. The outdoor shower handles the sandy transition back from the water. And the beach itself is just a short walk away on one of Surf City's most established stretches of South Shore Drive.

• We also provide enough hand soap, dish soap, toilet paper, paper towels, & trash bags to get you started upon arrival. However, if you are staying longer than a couple nights, please plan to supplement with your own supplies based on your personal needs.

🔏 Security Deposit: A $1000 refundable security deposit is required for each reservation.



🚭 Smoke-Free Property This is a completely smoke-free home — indoors and out. If evidence of smoking is found, a $250 deodorization fee will apply.



🕓 Check-In & Check-Out Check-in begins at 4:00 PM and check-out is by 10:00 AM. Parking on the premises is available during your reservation window only. Unapproved late departures may result in a $250 fee, as our team works on a tight turnaround to prepare the home for arriving guests.



🤫 Quiet Hours Please observe quiet hours from 10p to 8a — the neighbors will love you for it.



🧹 Cleaning & Products Our professional cleaning team handles all deep cleaning between stays. During your visit, please avoid using bleach-based products to prevent accidental damage to linens and surfaces.



🕯️ Scents & Candles Out of respect for guests with sensitivities, please refrain from burning incense, diffusing essential oils, or using similar scented items inside the home.



🎉 Gatherings & Events This home is designed for rest, relaxation, and quality time — not parties or events. Please keep overnight guests to those listed on the reservation.



📜 Guests are required to provide a government-issued photo ID and complete a signed rental agreement prior to check-in, as required under North Carolina law (N.C. Gen. Stat. § 42A-10). This is completed through our complimentary guest portal, which also offers optional keyless entry and check-in convenience features.

• A non-refundable $250 pet fee applies per stay

• Maximum of 2 dogs; no other animals permitted

• Dogs must be fully housebroken

• Please clean up after your pet

• Dogs are not allowed on furniture or linens

• No cats permitted due to a family allergy
