Light and airy in sandy and soft sunrise hues throughout, The Surf Condo in the heart of Surf City makes everything easy. From a one mile walk down the sand to bars, restaurants and shops, to being only a one minute walk to the beach, relaxation is yours! An entire floor to ceiling window wall illuminates the comfy living spaces, and the pristine white kitchen invites you to make yourself at home. 



Ground Level: covered parking for 2 cars below unit, community pool, exterior covered stairs to Level 2



Property Level: we are a one story condo on the first floor



Living Room: Queen pull out sleeper sofa with memory foam mattress, soft side chair & ottoman, smart TV, ceiling fan, sliding doors to covered porch

Porch: Ocean View and Pool View, 2 pub table vignettes seating 6

Kitchen: granite countertops, oversize stainless steel sink, refrigerator, electric range, dishwasher, microwave, fully equipped for making simple meals at home, kitchen bar counter seats 3. 

Dining Area: dining table seats 4

Bedroom:  queen bed, dresser and mirrors, soft side chair, ensuite access to shared bathroom

Shared Hallway Bath: step-in shower, single solid surface vanity, private water closet with toilet.

Hallway Bunk Nook: twin over twin built in bunkbeds 



Linens - Sheets and Towels will be wrapped in sealed packages and lying on the end of the beds. 



Rental Policies:

In response to the increased incidence of credit card fraud, a valid government photo ID will be required for every reservation. A signed rental agreement is required: accepting House Rules on any online travel agency requires reading and acceptance of our rental agreement.



Arrival/Departure:

Summer Check-Ins (June-August) begin at 4:00 pm and are guaranteed by 6:00 pm

Check Out is by 10:00 am

We adhere to this policy so please do not arrive early or plan to delay your departure.

No events such as weddings, bachelor/bachelorette parties, sororities/fraternities

You must be at least 25 to rent this unit.  



Pool Notice:

Pools are generally open from Memorial Day until Labor Day; however, pool closures may be dictated by the HOA or the Health Department. Pools may also be closed after a hurricane or tropical storm. Sea Coast Rentals/Owners will not be held accountable. No refunds will be issued for these closures.



Pet Policy: No Pets Allowed.



Cancellation Policy:

We want to make sure you’re aware of our cancellation policy. If you cancel when your arrival date is more than 60 days away, you will receive a full refund.  If you cancel when your arrival date is less than 60 days away, you will forfeit your deposit.

Explore the local shops and restaurants, take a fishing cruise out with an area fishing guide, or simply relax on the beach and soak up the sun. With so much to see and do on Topsail Island, your vacation will be filled with unforgettable memories and moments of pure relaxation. Topsail Island is a 28-mile-long barrier island made up of marshes, estuaries, dunes, and shorelines. Sandwiched between the Atlantic Ocean and the Intracoastal Waterway, “Tops’l” as the locals call it, is home to several fishing piers including the Seaview Fishing Pier. 875 feet of planks were used to construct this pier, which is the longest pier on the North Carolina coast. Privately owned shops, restaurants and attractions abound on Topsail, as well as the neighboring mainland towns.
