After an afternoon on the sand, rinse off in the outdoor shower and cool down in the private pool. The fenced yard provides added privacy, while the gas grill makes it easy to prepare a casual dinner outdoors. Covered parking is available for up to four vehicles.

Completely remodeled during 2025 and 2026, the 1,200-square-foot home offers a fresh and comfortable setting for your Surf City stay. The second-floor living room features Smart TV entertainment, wireless internet and beautiful views of the Atlantic. Step onto the wraparound porch to enjoy the coastal breeze or settle inside for a quiet evening together.

The kitchen includes an electric stove, oven, microwave, dishwasher and refrigerator, giving your group everything needed for simple breakfasts or full family meals. A nearby dining space keeps everyone connected, whether you are planning the day’s adventures or gathering after a day at the beach.

All four bedrooms are located on the second floor. Two bedrooms each feature a king bed and share a Jack-and-Jill bathroom with a walk-in shower. The third bedroom includes a queen bed, while the fourth bedroom features a queen-over-queen bunk bed that sleeps up to four guests. These bedrooms share a full hall bathroom.

The first-floor bonus room gives guests another place to relax and play with a pool table, arcade game and foosball table. A queen sleeper sofa is also located in this room but is not included in the advertised sleeping capacity. A washer and dryer, linens and bath towels are provided for added convenience during your stay.
