From the moment you walk in the door, you are greeted with an absolutely gorgeous, panoramic view of the lake. Enjoy your morning coffee out on one of the decks watching the peaceful waters. In the evening, you can sip your favorite beverage taking in the stunning sunsets. You will not find a better view than this!
With nine bedrooms and nine full bathrooms, everyone will have their own private space. The kitchen area offers enough seating for everyone to dine together. Or if you prefer, there are additional dining areas out on the decks. The kitchen is well-stocked with plenty of high-end cookware, dishes, glasses, etc. to accommodate large-group gatherings. This custom kitchen has many more upgrades than the base model including much-needed extra cabinets and counter space, as well as a wine fridge.

In the game room, you can “hit the greens” with the newest version of Golden Tee. Or challenge your family and friends to a game of foosball. There are additional games and toys for all ages. The large sectional couch is a perfect spot to watch sports or a movie on the 75” large screen TV. The upgraded sound system is Bluetooth capable so you can stream your favorite music. Just outside the game room, you can relax in a large hot tub overlooking the trees and lake. Because this is one of the rare houses right on the lakefront, you will not be overlooking a parking lot or buildings. Over The Top offers the most advanced wireless system to ensure that you will have the fastest and most reliable internet service on all floors of the home. If you are gaming or working on your computer, this upgraded wiring system has you covered.

The Rocky Shores subdivision is in a perfect location in Hollister, MO. It is approximately 15 minutes to State Park Marina, world-class golf courses, Branson Landing, Thunder Ridge outdoor amphitheater and downtown Branson. Thunder Ridge has attracted big name artists such as Chris Stapleton, The Rolling Stones, Luke Bryan and Garth Brooks. Outdoor activities in this area include boating, fishing, jet skiing, kayaking, hiking, zip lining and water parks. The Branson Strip offers plenty of dining options, live shows, miniature golf courses and go carting. If that is not enough, Silver Dollar City amusement park has thrilling rides, demonstrations by artisans including blacksmiths and glassblowers, and seasonal festivals throughout the year. There are so many attractions in Branson it's difficult to name them all!
