« Most of the experience was okay. Front desk staff was very helpful and kind. Not sure if it was clear that breakfast wasn’t available or not, but was bummed there wasn’t anything in the morning. Didn’t need any assistance from the staff for our single night stay. Still, the building itself revealed problems. We could hear all forms of noise from outside, along with clear, ecstatic voices of other tenants right next to us. It was as if we left the doors and windows cracked open, which I think...

« The place was definitely not worth the price we paid. We had no hot water and the tv wasn’t working. The rooms are run down but at least I didn’t see any roaches. The ac was probably the best working thing in the room. »

« Unfortunately, the only room available was a handicap room. It was not what I expected. It wasn’t until I checked out that it was explained to me that there was nothing else available. I was very disappointed with the room. It had a crack that had been patched up in the shower. However, the staff were very nice and helpful. I did feel safe in my room. »

« Had a 2 week business trip and my normal hotel was booked. This was a good alternative and was convenient to food on the area. Didn't use the pool and the staff was good about tending to my room. Having a full size refrigerator was a nice pairing with the microwave. »
