1. Charming one bedroom downstairs apartment with living room , kitchen, and Wi-Fi

Holland Patent

« The location was great as our son is at SUNY Polytechnic. The drive to campus, and other locations in Utica, were all about (10) minutes from everything. The space is comfortable for no more than two people. Michael, the host, was easy to communicate with via the VRBO app or email. The floor of the shower was a little "squishy". Otherwise, it worked for the two day visit to the area. Thanks! »

« My husband and I were traveling for business so weren’t able to enjoy all the amenities this rental had to offer and there was a lot! It was cozy and comfortable with all the character and charm of an older house. Stacy answered my...

« Needed an overnight place to stay for three people heading north to the Adirondacks. This place was a little cottage gem. Check in/out was very easy and communication with the host, Angie, was excellent.Lovely decor and homey feel. Attention to detail as far as things a traveler might need or not think to pack was impressive. Each bedroom had its own tv allowing for three people to have their own space. Third bedroom is upstairs. The living and dining area were set up nicely for time together....
