Your stay includes complimentary golf, tennis, and gym memberships for up to four guests every day at Macatawa Golf Club in the Macatawa Legends community, approximately 10-15 minutes away. Each of those four guests can play one free round of golf every day of your stay - up to four complimentary rounds daily! Golf clubs are available to rent at the club. SLEEPING ARRANGEMENTS (UP TO 10 GUESTS) 🏠

The home has three private bedrooms: a first-floor queen bedroom, an upper-floor king suite, and an upper-floor twin bedroom. Each of the two living areas also has a queen sleeper sofa. Maximum occupancy is 10 guests. There are three full bathrooms and one half bathroom across the three levels.



FIRST FLOOR — BEDROOM, LIVING AREA & KITCHENETTE

A private queen bedroom with TV and a full bathroom share this level with a family room featuring a queen sleeper sofa, armchair, ottoman, and TV. The bonus kitchenette has a refrigerator, sink, and high-top counter for convenient snacks and drinks. A washer and dryer and a private rear patio with grill and seating round out the first floor.



SECOND FLOOR — KITCHEN, GATHERING SPACE & BALCONY

The fully equipped kitchen has stainless steel appliances, cookware, dishes, glassware, and utensils. Gather at the dining table or settle into the living room with its sofa, TV, gas fireplace, and additional seating. A half bathroom serves this level. Step onto the private balcony for views over the shared pool toward Lake Macatawa.



THIRD FLOOR — TWO BEDROOMS & TWO FULL BATHS

The primary suite features a king bed, TV, walk-in closet, and private bathroom with a whirlpool tub and shower. The second upper-floor bedroom has two twin beds and its own bathroom.

Central A/C, high-speed Wi-Fi, smart TVs, fresh linens, pool towels, starter toiletries, and an in-unit washer and dryer are included.

Guest Access:

Guests have private access to the entire three-level townhouse. Parking includes one private garage space and two designated parking lot spaces. The seasonal pool, hot tub, basketball court, shuffleboard court, and poolside patio and grill area are shared community amenities. Included private club facilities and golf are located off-property, a short drive away.



The Neighborhood:

The Charleston is part of The Beach House at Lake Street on the north side of Lake Macatawa. The lake is directly across the street, with Holland State Park and Lake Michigan’s beaches nearby. Spend your days exploring the shoreline, trails, and dunes, or enjoying views of Holland’s Big Red lighthouse. Downtown Holland offers restaurants, shops, galleries, and breweries within a short drive.



Getting Around:

A car is recommended for exploring Holland and the surrounding lakeshore. Beaches and Holland State Park are nearby while downtown Holland and Macatawa Golf Club are easily accessible by car. Travel times may vary with summer traffic.



Other Things to Note:

The shared outdoor saltwater pool and hot tub are open from Memorial Day to October 1st.



Macatawa Golf Club amenities are off property; please contact us for access and arrangements after booking your stay.



No pets are allowed, and smoking is prohibited anywhere on The Beach House property.



Starter toiletries are provided; replenish supplies as needed for longer stays.
