This one-bedroom space is perfect for a relaxing stay. Step out into the sunshine onto the patio for direct access to the lush gardens and your very own private pool—a feature our previous guests have praised highly.
The bedroom can be set up with either three single beds or one queen bed and a single bed based on your preference, allowing for a total of 3 guests (great for travellers with a child!)

The bedroom for this option has a full ensuite bathroom, and the 2nd full bathroom in the house is also available for guest use.
The open living area and kitchen provide everything you need for a comfortable stay, including laundry facilities.
There is a laptop-friendly workspace, and we allow smoking ONLY in designated outdoor areas.
There is secure, gated parking for 2 cars at Down the Hill.
"Down the Hill" is just a 1-minute walk to Limegrove Lifestyle Centre, a 2-3 minute walk to Holetown Beach, and is conveniently close to various dining options such as Tides Restaurant.
Check-in is not permitted without the full Security Deposit of £1,000 being paid. We will pre-authorize your payment card 1 day before check-in. For cash deposits, please let us know at the time of booking. All guests are required to sign the inventory list on arrival and departure.
