Our home boasts two bedrooms, two full bathrooms, and not just one, but two inviting living rooms. Upstairs, you'll be greeted by our stunning, fully furnished kitchen. Get ready to unwind and relax, as our cottage is just steps from Squam Lake. Located in the heart of the Lakes region, there is easy access to many lakes, hiking trails & breathtaking scenery. Squam Lake boat rental facilities are minutes from our home, which has lake access. Our four beautiful seasons are waiting for you in NH!

Upon entering our home, you will walk into our downstairs living room, inclusive of a queen-sized pull-out couch and a flat-screen smart TV with cable and streaming apps. The first floor also features a full bathroom and a cozy bunk room with a twin and a full bed.

Upstairs, there is a second spacious living room with a sectional couch and seating area. The open concept full kitchen and dining area is fully stocked, and the room features a gas fireplace and built-in shelves. Enjoy the tranquil beauty of the New Hampshire woods during the morning and evening!

Additionally, you will find a second bedroom with a queen bed and classic New Hampshire decor. The second large full bathroom, equipped with a shower and tub, is located outside the bedroom. Our home's front facade is lined with beautiful floor-to-ceiling windows, which allows the natural light to flood the entire space, creating a warm and inviting atmosphere. Floor-to-ceiling windows offer stunning views of New Hampshire's lush greenery, perfect for a four-season getaway.

The rental includes the entire space, except for one owner's closet. Feel free to make yourself at home.

Our home is situated in a peaceful, family-friendly area. It is conveniently located just a 3 minute drive to downtown Holderness. If you want to explore all the lakes, mountains, and attractions in the area, it is recommended to have your own personal vehicle as the availability of taxi service and Ubers is limited to none.

Our private driveway is suitable for parking up to 2 cars.

Our home has deeded access to the lake located at the end of our road. Whether you want to swim, fish, kayak, paddleboard, or simply float, this spot does the trick. That said, the docks are not our property, so we kindly ask guests to respect our neighbors' property and belongings.

We have a high-end treadmill available upon request in the downstairs living room. Persons under 16 are not permitted to use the treadmill. Damages will result in loss of security deposit and repair costs.

We will contact you in case of inclement weather, as our dirt road can be treacherous during winter.

We have installed security cameras outside only for the safety of guests and property. These cameras are recording audio and video at all entrances and side doors. Any attempt to tamper with cameras, such as covering or disabling them, will result in immediate termination of reservation without a refund.
