Beautiful beachfront chalet with southern exposure on Green Lake,Dedham, Maine.

This property features the comfort of a modern home with southern exposure on the shorefront of Green Lake, Maine less than an hour's drive to Acadia National Park. The home has in-floor heat, modern kitchen appliances, and high speed internet. The large deck is perfect for enjoying the breeze off the water as you look at the lake. The kitchen and dining area have new flooring and furniture graced by a cathedral ceiling with large trapezoid windows facing the lake. The sandy beach offers easy access to the lake for swimming or boating. It is wonderful to have all the modern conveniences available after a day outside on the water. You can open the windows in the evening and fall asleep listening to the loons. Day trips to Acadia National Park are easy as it is about 45-50 minutes to the park. There are two bedrooms and a full bath on the main floor and both bedrooms have a queen bed. The loft is set up as a living room and it has a queen sleeper sofa. On the ground floor there is another full bath and a bedroom with a trundle day bed consisting of two twin beds that can be combined to make a king size bed. There are ceiling fans over the kitchen, the loft, and in each bedroom. Access to the property is from a paved road that is maintained year around. We have fiber internet to the property so wireless access is provided in the home. We have three kayaks available that are shared between this property and the property next door. There is a swim float anchored out in the water for swimming and sitting in the sun. The washer and dryer are full sized and conveniently located in the main floor bathroom. For exterior security, we have a ring doorbell at the entry nd a ring camera mounted on the corner of the house for the slider entry. There are no other cameras on the property.
