« This house would be good enough with just the docks, boat ramp, and screened porch with a wide lake view, but it also happens to have a great layout for multiple family members to have some privacy, and it’s in a nice cove off of the main lake, and Break on the Lake. We are already booked for another family trip. »

« The house was great; well-equipped and stocked with everything you might need to cook and play games. The steps between the house and the lake were well constructed but challenging for the older renter, but we are probably in better shape! The dock was perfect for our pontoon rental day, and safe for swimming. Enjoyed the swing on the dock (but it does hit the cable on the boat lift when you swing too high). All in all it was a nice stay and the family enjoyed it! »

« We were a group of 8 senior ladies playing in a golf tournament at the Links at Stoney Point. The golf course was very easily accessible from this house -17 minutes. We found the house very, very clean and well appointed for our needs. Since it had 6 bedrooms, there were enough beds - only two of us had to share a king bed. And there were 2 1/2 baths downstairs and 1 1/2 upstairs. It appeared that all the appliances were brand new. There was a wonderful large table in the dining room that easily...

« Property was secluded and quiet. Creates a calm feel. Did not like the finger on the lake. It collected dead fish carcasses someone discarded. Bottom of the lake is mucky and has sticks. Wear water shoes when going in. Town has ample shopping. Good place when you bring your pets. Property could use some deep cleaning. »

« We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at your cottage. It was very clean, comfortable, and the kitchen was stocked with everything we needed. Beds were comfortable, TV’s terrific, couches comfy, and will stay again if we are back in Greenwood. The walk to Break at the lake was awesome. Thank you for your hospitality! »
